Description:
The DENSIMAX, is currently the only electronic sensor of In-situ measure
of density and temperature, having proven reliable in fermentations, controls
of distillates, industrial processes.
Tested by:
- The National Institute for Agricultural Research (Inra),
- The CIVC
- The distilling plant from Arcis sur Aube (Cristal-Union)
- Particular cellars...
Its interest lies in the following points:
- Permanent Reading of the temperature and the density
on an individual dial by tank,
- possible uninterrupted Follow-up of the graphs of the
curves of density on a computer,
- possibility of management of the fermentation or the processes,
- significant Economy on the investment in thermoregulation of
the tanks,
- energy savings (about 30%),
- comfort
in the work and the assemblies of the tanks,
- possibility of programming automatic operations according to the density
(reassemblies, mixings, pigeages...),
- prevention and alarm in the event of stop of fermentation.
Its characteristics:
- Density standardly measured: From 800 to 1200g/l
- Accuracy : 1g/litre
- Sensibility : 0,1g/litre
- Without modification of the tank, the sensor is suspended in the liquid
- Does not require specific knowledge in data processing and electronics
- Can move from a tank to another without requirering the instalator
- Electric needs: 24 V
- out RS 485, 4-20 mA (to specify with the command)
